Introduction
Welcome to MovingCircle , your trusted partner in seamless and stress-free relocations. At MovingCircle, we understand the importance of a well-planned and executed move, and we are dedicated to providing you with a comprehensive range of services to make your transition smooth and efficient.
The Survey
We conduct a survey at your home, during which our consultant will discuss your specific requirements and agree on a plan for your removal. This survey typically takes about half an hour, allowing us to create a list of required packing materials and assess the volume of furniture.
Surveys are complimentary, and quotations are provided without any obligation. Once the survey is completed, our quotation, along with copies of the contract, will be emailed or posted to you within 24 hours.
The Removal
When the crew arrives on the first day of the removal, they will introduce themselves and go over the project details with you. Household contents are systematically packed and loaded, leaving essentials for the last. All cartons are labeled with contents and their respective locations.
Upon arrival at your new home, cartons and furniture are offloaded and placed logically. Furniture is unwrapped and reassembled, and a full unpacking service is available if required. For local removals, most take place on a single day, starting at around 08:30 and finishing by approximately 13:00.
Booking Your Removal
Upon acceptance of the quotation, we allocate a crew to the project and book any necessary specialist services or equipment. Our accounts department prepares an invoice, and payment can be made using all major credit cards. If needed, a few cartons can be delivered in advance.
Dismantle/Reassemble
For added convenience, we offer dismantling and reassembling services. An experienced fitter can handle the disassembly of items such as bed frames, bunk beds, wardrobes, trampolines, snooker and pool tables, sheds, summerhouses, and outdoor play equipment. This service aims to alleviate stress and ensure a smooth transition on moving day.
